Offlane : Sevarog early game?

Hello everyone!
I've joined and started Predecessors a few days ago, read about the items quickly as I tried different roles (I haven't tried mid or jungle yet) and absolutely loved that this game had a infinite scaling champion : Sevarog.

Now that my little intro is done let's go into the main subject: How do you play early game as Sevarog?
Especially against champions like Grux, Riktor, Crunch or Feng Mao? Since they have an early advantage and Sevarog damages are particularly low, it's very difficult to approach my cs without losing a quarter if not more HP.

Any tips ? And please explain in detail! Don't just go and say play safe like other peeps usually tell me. I'm already playing at the border of my own tower...

First off, its actually not infinate, capped at 300.

Id say figure out your opponents playstyle, do they get arehsive or let you farm. The adapt based on that. Kinda chill, dip in, grab stacks, back up. Rush tainted guard againts grux and crunch, maybe fang, and crystalline against rik. Try and appear confident, others will take incofidence as a sign of they can win the fight, maybe use that to your advantage. Let them hit you a couple times so u can stack your crest.
