Tanks are healthy af. U could go like mutilator tainted guard, and sounds silly but sky splitter-the ultimate anti tank
Mutilator legacy skysplitter - tank items to need- could be good
wanton rapids
Mutilator, Megacosm (for offlane Shinbi and the like) and Skysplitter punish hp building. Breach punishes building armor. Deathstalker/Viper/Basilisk also punish building armor. What most Crunch players do is build Mutilator and Augment as their first 2 items. Generally lets them just delete someone in 1v1 in the midgame
It falls off as the game goes on and it's not as good in teamfights, but it's one of the strongest 1v1 builds in the game (midgame especially)
