Never farm friendly Jungle if you are going to play Offlane Khaimera you are in a unique situation were you can be really offensive with how you push lane and steal enemy minion camps especially if you are on Blue Side as the Jungler will prioritize Red Buff allowing you to drain enemy growth while boosting your own as early game minions and Champions do little damage to towers.
If you take a friendly camp, you will be neutering your own Jungler's growth and giving an enemy Jungler a free kill as your ally will be behind.
Also, if you are doing Khaimera Offlane you should take Raiments first as you need the initial healing.
