What are you struggling with?
Is it just the overall sensitivity and staying on the players or whats the issue youre having?
When I started playing pred i turned up my sensitivity quite a lot and after some time of getting used to and practicing i now feel comfortable..honestly practice is key on adc role and having a sensitivity that comforts your aiming

probably needs some time to get used to. Played a lot of fault without aim assist so im used to aiming haha 😄

I would strongly recommend playing with the ability settings, changing them from instant/quick whatever can be really handy and the difference between hitting first or not.

I think quick is how I have it! I wouldn't change your ult though... I found that out the hard way!

I find quick cast fairly useless besides the RB button. It’s very hard for me to hold the button and aim the ability. 90% of abilities I go instant cast then a few abilities such as Steel ult, Gideon rock I go default.
As far as sensitivity I play on 10 and think it’s slow but occasionally I bump it down on Murdock because his ult is very hard with high sensitivity.
If you swivel back and forth on Carry you can pick your shots and aim less. It’s easier to aim for me this way and you become harder to hit. Less right stick movement.
Just repetition and you’ll get more and more use to sensitivity, as soon as you get comfortable crank it up a little because the higher the better so you can spin as quickly as possible to switch targets
