Narbash is a lot more frontline with his attacks being melee than either Dekker or Muriel. Basic attacks also have a lot of value in the early game, so you want to make sure to get those off without dying. I'm also really aggressive.
For core items:
Dynamo: 55 Physical armor early game for the Junger and carry as well as 500 HP. Add on a passive that gives you 30% all prot shred everytime you hit a thunk makes this item amazing on Narbash.
Truesilver Bracelet: Big shield that stacks with dynamo health when you ult as well as CC immunity during your long long long cast time.
Tainted Totem: Mana Regen, 20% increased healing, Phys defence and magic defense. Top that off with 30% healing reduction to try and mitigate those mutilator shenanigans, this item is overtuned imo.
Situational Items:
Frostguard : If they have a lot of auto attackers it helps mitigate the issue somewhat.
Warden's Faith: Team has a lot of crit? put this bad boy on.
Stonewall: If you're getting dove often by characters like khimera.
Unbroken Will: If they have a CC heavy team
Crests:
Sanctification: Our build has big HP pool, protect your teammates with big shield and 60% Tenacity.
Silentium: If I see crunch I'm going to take this. Crunch is extremely strong but silencing him makes him easily killable.
