Here are the variables that I could find that are missing from my modules.cfg file.

Anything that you don't have in modules.cfg is already being set by your preset.
The shadows are probably normal for shadows=off but idk
You can redo your modules on the website

I changed to the "none" preset and manually configured everything, sadly the shadows issue still seems to be present
In the .zip directly downloaded from the site, the modules.cfg has shadows=none
This is a brand new install as well, brand new windows even

Whatever is going on with the shadows has caused some nasty artifacting on the ground

Tried setting my shadows to very low and even high, but neither seems to fix the really weird blocky black artifacting on the ground
