So now that Valve has officially graced us with a noborder display mode, is it possible to tell mastercomfig to set it at launch?

I don't think mastercomfig touches your resolution or window settings at all? you should be able to just change it in the settings and have it save unless you have launch options or something overriding it

Yeah it gets saved to registry automatically

Huh weird. I could have sworn that it got defaulted back to fullscreen when I restarted the game. I have to double check today if it was just a one time thing, or there is something else messing with it. Monkaotz

If you have launch options like -w, -h, -full, -dxlevel it could cause that

none of those sorts of launch options that set videoconfig should be used, generally

they cause stuff to get reset and can put the game in a bad state
