I'm assuming you mean playtesting Team Comtress 2.

First, you install Team Fortress 2, which is free on Steam.
Next, you install "Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer", which is a free tool in your Steam library; you gotta checkmark "Tools" in the library filter menu to find that tool (see screenshot).
Finally, you find and install Team Comtress 2 on itch.io app (the app, not the website).

After you do those things, you can playtest Team Comtress 2 and get updates to it through the itch.io app 🙂
