Does anyone else have this problem?
A year ago tf2 with vsync on was perfectly smooth for me, apart from tearing I couldn't tell any visual difference between vsync on and off.
Now with vsync on it's stuttery and inconsistent rather than smooth like it used to be. With vsync off it's still smooth. I've tried pretty much everything and I can't get tf2 with vsync enabled to be smooth again like it used to be.

I only have a 120 fps camera so I recorded it at 120hz but it's even worse at high refresh rates
Vsync off looks like this, it's smooth:
Vsync on is stuttery and inconsistent, it never used to be like this:
At 240 hz it's even more noticable IRL but my 120 fps camera obviously doesn't pick it up well
Anyone else have this issue?

Okay this sounds crazy but it seems like part of the problem was due to in_keyboardsampletime 0 which I had in my config for whatever stupid reason
When I put in_keyboardsampletime 1 it's noticeably smoother, not perfect but it's better
I know it sounds unbelievable but I did like 10 blind tests and I got it right every time
so yeah I guess most of the problem was due to the turning with +right and having in_keyboardsampletime 0, rather than the vsync
