I just want to get the same graphic settings like in this video. So, what is setting that make guns look like this (Lightning or Lightning Ex for example). I really need it.

you can try using lighting=high (or higher) and lighting_ex=high
it may not be possible to 1:1 replicate the shininess though, since it was rendered in blender

a higher lod and textures setting would also help the weapons be as high quality as possible
