How to disable transparent viewmodels and visual problems

I selected the very low preset, but i disabled the transparent viewmodel addon so I don't know why I cannot see my weapons, also I am experimenting visual issues as you can see in the images

this is my modules.cfg and the masterconfig mods in my custom folder

I use toonhud with the semi transparent on
