Now i get less fps then when i didnt have the config and it takes like 10-15 to join a game. The hud I was using was BudHud I changed it to flaw hud and when i put flaw hud in the cuatom folder the game was nevee the same. I removed it did nothing

so flawhud harmed your performance and after removing it (with mastercomfig still installed) your performance still didn't return to how you remember it was?

How to completely reset TF2, including uninstalling mastercomfig or other configs.

Backup your cfg and custom folder, and follow these instructions.
Do not reinstall mastercomfig or any other mods, and see if it still has less fps.
