for some reason when i try edit my config to turn off bullet tracers and all the above, it just refuses to turn off. is this a bug? (i don't have video evidence of this occurring in game, recorder is acting funny)

i turned it on and off alot of times thinking was doing something wrong

i switched to the low preset which i presume turns off at least one of the options, i turned them all off and it didn't go away
