Placing the banner informs an enemy team about its location. Multiple banners do not stack. Bounty on kill: 200g

Double Damage Rune renamed to Amplify Damage Rune. Base damage bonus decreased from 100% to 80%. Now also provides +15% Spell Amplification.
Invisibility Rune now grants 25% damage reduction while invisible +5% for each full rune cycle
Haste Rune now lasts for 22s +3s for each rune cycle
Arcane Rune Cooldown Reduction decreased from 30% to 25%
Regeneration Rune is no longer disabled by taking damage, instead it lowers the regen rate to 1% HP/MP per second

turbo is a extremely skewed version of dota that focuses more on lategame and chaos

this i have experienced myself as oracle mid

oracle mid just steamrolls in turbo due to his low cooldown spells

like you scale and then you literally burst down enemies before they can build items to counter you

this just doesn't work that effectively in classic dota

every time i play oracle mid in turbo and win matches over and over and im like yeah this is sooo good

try it in a normal match and yeah, you may piss of your enemy mid laner but besides that you are pretty much more of a support oracle with a bit more threat of killing people
