no hp regen on quas is offset by cold snap giving u hp every time it triggers and ghost walk giving u hp regen based on quas and mana regen based on wex
like u can straight up casually cast ghost walk and just scout in the trees while u regen
u can get away with just having an emergency magic wand
which, as an universal hero, lets u benefit from all +4 stats
since hes universal he can also buy bracer and wraith band
u can opt in for solar crest and vessel
crest cuz its amazing for laning and vessel for easy cold snap and all stats
max% hp damage helps too
his shard is fucking insane too its like a mini black hole
like ur missing out if u dont buy shard
u dont need to spend like a tornado to get an emp off on your own
u can save the tornado for when really necessary
treads is also nice on invoker but i tend to just go with brown boots
