Have you got a modules.cfg in either tf/cfg/overrides/ or tf/cfg/app/ ?
Create this file: tf/cfg/overrides/modules.cfg
Put these in it: decals=low decals_models=low
tried it
doesnt work
i think its abt my cfg settings since when im using high cfg it works normaly but i cant figure out what an i doing wrong

now blood shows on explosions but not on backstabs or falldamage
Yeah, which blood are you talking about? There's a few things that control different blood effects.
like blood particles, taking damage, hitting someone and ect
