I think this started when i installed a custom hud and it doesnt go back to normal even if i check integrety. What do i do to fix it?

are you referring to the element at the top that shows the amount of players on each team/which player is dead?
if so, (assuming you're using mastercomfig) see this module: https://docs.mastercomfig.com/latest/customization/modules#match-hud
read the top of that page if you don't know how to use modules
