  1. … f5 loses a pawn and opens your king position.
  2. … g5 loses another pawn and opens your king position further.

In the opening you should develop your pieces and only move pawns if necessary. The pawns in front of your kingside should not be moved much in the opening.

And generally you should try not to lose any pieces. Trades where you trade of equal value are ok.

For example 9. … Nxc2+ trades a knight for a pawn. But a knight is worth about 3.3 pawns, so that is a really bad trade.

Conversely, take your opponent's pieces. For example at move 24 your king can just take their knight on c6, it's undefended.

If white moves their king it's stalemate, which is a draw, so good for you.
