We (mobile users ) are not able to get prizes in the official tournaments of chess.com which is kinda ruining. Like if someone doesn't have a laptop or mac he can't get a prize from the official tournaments of chess. Com. Please try a way to fix this .
I know this is because of fair-play policy but it's like a disappointing thing for mobile users.

Like, is your proposal that desktop users get checked for cheating, but mobile users don't? Then all cheaters would use mobile devices, wouldn't they?

I'm telling that , i tried to play the tournament by chess. Com yesterday but it said I couldn't get the prize because i had to download a specific app . But that app is not available for mobile

The app needs to check the running processes for cheating, which typical mobile operating systems like Android or iOS do not allow. So if there was such a mobile app, it would likely only run on Windows Phone, not Android or iOS.
Note that you will also need a second device for the camera from the back.
So in summary, this wouldn't really work on a mobile phone.
