exd5 then d4 followed by c4 is a very practical choice, not the most popular but it scores decently. The only issue is gotham will probably know e5 is a good move

I am thinking to include 2 exd5, Nc3 in this poll since they are both played over 1% of the time in the Master Games database. Should we add any other moves?
