There are people who struggle to put their ideas into words in a way they’re satisfied with. Some people do not speak English fluently and others simply cannot type well enough to turn the image in their head into a description they are happy with. AI is just a tool, it does what it is told, and if someone describes an idea it will generate a clear explanation in well articulated English that the person may not be capable of doing alone. That does not make the core idea any less human or genuine any more than your idea is "fake" for using a keyboard rather than speaking the words yourself. In the end, "ai posting" is just someone using a tool for its intended purpose, the core idea is still just as human as anyone else's.
