Assuming the leaks are fixed?
yeah, leaks are fixed
I would rebuild the cabinet
No fixing the bottom, and you should probably rip it out to make sure there isnt a moldy surprise under there.
ripped out the bottom and cleaned up the floor, looks like this now (until I have a plan to fix fully)
I did this a couple of years ago. It's kind of a pain to do but is cheaper than rebuilding a kitchen.
I started the same way you did which is to rip out the destroyed cabinet bottom. Looks like you have a little left to remove. Make sure everything is dry before adding stuff back in. Use Kilz or a similar product to seal in mold.
Then I took 3/4" plywood scraps and tacked them to the sides of the cabinet so that they could support the new bottom.
I then made a multipart new cabinet bottom out of 1/2" plywood. It had to be multipart because I had pipes and other plumbing to work around. I added more blocking under the seam to support the middle. I then tacked that in place with brad nails. Fortunately cabinets are usually pretty square so you don't need to worry about scribing lines
When it was all done I sealed the new plywood with water based poly and sealed the cracks with caulk.
I'm getting a new kitchen next summer but this has held me for 3 or 5 years
ah, okay, this is good stuff. thank you for sharing
