When i need to make a few plywood pieces from a 4x8, my usual method is to use a straight edge and a circular saw to break down the pieces i need but make them a little bit bigger than needed to suare off on the table saw. Then from there i run one edge through the table saw then the opposite edge through the table saw to get two sides parallel. Then i use a cross cut jig to square off the other two sides. At this point i have a perfectly squared off piece. Now some pieces may need a bevel cut on one or more ends. So it's then i use a mitre jig to cut the bevel by cutting a bit, checking that im close and readjusting the pieces closer to the saw until im right at the edge for the bevel cut.

All this is a lot of work for each piece so i was wondering how do others get perfectly squared off pieces with bevels?

Yes! Sliding table saws change lives

And for fixed bevels, I'm very fond of using a router instead of a saw
