Looks like 2x lumber from the box store? @limber canopy

If so, it's not flat/straight coming from there. Even if you rip it on the table saw to get it close, errors compound, making angles drastic

Yea it is just never really ran into one this bad yea know? You can usually work with it a bit easier. @ancient fossil
