i use the pack that is applyed while joining the server

sinbce only u are seemingly experiencing it i doubt it is a wide problem
try relogging iguess
tldr the vanilla chest menu is invis and all chests are edited to have the texture applied in other ways

check if it happens on single chests aswell or not
