i like the first one a lot. i wasnt huge on the second one at first but it reeeeeeally grew on me. the ending is so good

Done listening to the new one now, thoughts below, spoiler tagged in case you want to go in blind:

|| It's an interesting direction. Personally I liked it quite a bit, however they leaned a bit too much into their melodic vein which could irritate some fans of the earlier work. I wish it were a bit heavier, more Cemetery Sun than Where The Light Leaves Us. Still very enjoyable but I can see this be pretty divisive. Certainly not an assbeater type record ||
