You need to understand the trem as a seesaw...it needs to be level with the body of the guitar meaning you need to balance it by tuning with the tuners and the springs in the back

Hi I’m having some issues with my recordings. Seems like my DI signal from my Ibanez ms7 peaks even though the gain on my interface is basically at zero and no clip symbology is being shown. The guitar works fine on my Marshall amp and my strat works perfectly with the interface. Anyone got an idea on why this is?

The Deathbuckers (and by extension Alumitones) are interesting because the magnets are actually on the top with an aluminum frame built around them. They are also current based pickups instead voltage based. Basically what that means is, if your using a big ass tube amp, they will be a lot clearer than your normal humbucker.

Indeed. However because tube amps aren't as popular as they once were, the alumitones also aren't as popular as they were when they came out.

The differences are subtle but they are there. The Deathbuckers are bit more scooped and more sterile but cleaner while "The Beast" with its default pickups are just really fuckin hot.
