I’ve been told by a few people on a few forms however they led me on a wild goose chase. I’ve found what I’m after though. the pulse rife was hidden deep in among the files for LE2. My goal is to fix an existing issue with the pulse rifle that’s hanging too low compared to the others.

i'm not sure who told you about this but i think you're making a bug report for a tool that doesn't exist. it certainly doesn't exist in mod manager (which is specifically what this forum is for).
like i have never, ever heard of this being a thing that exists. and what you're talking about isn't even a weapon issue it'd be an issue with sockets on the game pawn's mesh.
