So, I am relatively new to modding games, and this is the first time I've modded Mass Effect. I used ME3 Tweaks in the past to enable console commands in the past, but I uninstalled the game and have since reinstalled.

I'm confused how to enable the console commands again, as well as deploy the mods I installed. I'm confused where to go from here.
