Is it possible to download mods automatically when they are in a "Mod Pack"?

If i read the API correctly Nexus should be able to do give the download URLs directly to the Mod Mananger if the user is a premium one.

And if i did read the changelog of this one correctly there should be a In-App download manager

there are changes internally to support something like this but it is not public facing in 9.1. I have been working on a different non-modding project for a few months so there hasn't been time to work on this further.
