Translation problem

Hello.
I’m French and I got a problem
My Legendary Édition is in french but when I launch it with the Mod Manager, the games run in english instead of french.
I’ve changed my PC recently. With my former PC, this problem doesn’t appeared.
With my new one, the games are in english.
Have you an idea of what’s going wrong, please ?
