What didn't work:

• Tried updating and altering my BIOS per this video's instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiS04RcswHA&t=1s&ab_channel=TheProvokedPrawn
• Tried running in safe mode, launching straight from .exe with admin, setting priority and affinity low and single core

What DID work (sort of):

• Fresh install, no base mods. One MEM succeeded. There may be a conflict with my mod list. Will update.

I don't have anything useful to say, but the file you're saying mem is throwing an error at is from LE3 not 2...
