#LE1 How to revert to original files/clean wipe?

Trying to mod LE1, and I have realized too late that I need to back up the game (fortunately, BEFORE installing texture mods), but it seems like one of my game files are modified by Elements of Comparative Weaponry, "BioGame\CookedPCConsole\SFXGame.pcc ." How do I revert this file (or my game) to its original state? Is there any other option besides a fresh re-install?

its like verify or check files. IDK. I don't use EA app, its trash. I rolled back to origin with this hack patch

ah, def sounds nice, although unfortunately using EA is honestly better than the Xbox app... since there are literally no options on the Xbox app.
