#Backups problem

Hey, first time playing PC and modding, yesterday when I loaded up the mod manager I followed the instructions and backed up each ME games like you’re supposed to. But this morning when I woke up it said that ME2 and ME3 weren’t back up even though I remember seeing they were. I tried to see if uninstalling the mods I applied to the games would work but I’d get this confusing message, about how due to modified files it can’t create a back up.

I’m not sure what to do next, do I delete the mod manager, all the files or the game? Or Maybe all of the above?

If anyone could help me out, I’d appreciate it

Uploading a game diagnostic or application log

Upload a diagnostic/log by going to the Help menu and selecting Logs & Diagnostics. Alternatively can also click this link: https://me3tweaks.com/modmanager/protocol/uploadlog

Select an application log (typically the latest), and the game target to run a diagnostic on if this an issue in the game.

When the log has been uploaded, post the LINK to the log here.

I also took a picture if that helps

Log seems to only show backup of the launcher

#

Also your toc files seem really messed up. It's listing files from dlc which should not be there.

#

I am not sure what could even cause that

This morning I saw a message saying a few mods had new updates, I ignored those though once I saw the manager say ME2 & 3 weren’t backed up. My friend thinks I should reinstall the mods, update them and see if that fixes the problem

ME1 works fine

Updating mods just updates them in the library. They don't affect what is installed until you apply them

This is outta my depth, I’m not sure what to do lol

#

Should I delete the game, the files, manager? Would that fix things?

sorry, been busy

in your pic LE2 appears modded. I would say you need to repair the game to replace these files. It may be safer to delete the ME2 game folder where the game is installed and then repair so the whole thing redownloads as it looks like it was modded.

copy, I’ll see if that helps
