Can't apply LE1 Streamlined Weapon Loadout

I updated the mod and recieve the error message in the photo. I tried restarting ME3Tweaks and it did not resolve the issue. Just incase its relevant im including a diagnostic, I do not use textures.

Did you read the description?

Because I clearly wrote on the file you need to read the description before you update. And then put what you need to do in block letters in the description.
