• In December, Williams filed a "Petition to Confirm Foreign Arbitral Award" in California
• In March 2022, the Rokit companies filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Protection, which put a stay on the proceedings.
• In September, The case was reinstated with a hearing set for 28th of November.
• On December 1st, this Final Judgement was issued, confirming the Award made by the LCIA in 2021.
