all plots except ember are the same depth
icehelm depth is sideways, and has the least space; so it is considered bad or playing on hard mode

all other plots is just question of water access vs plot size

i already messed up 2

for example i made a pretty good farm on the ocean plot, then i couldnt use it again because i cant fit a roller under the tier 2 dirt and not enough space for another

and the other uh idk giant hole that ended up being in a unusable spot
