Norfolk Roadster has highest speed

Black Arabian has fastest acceleration

but when speaking on higher tier horses it mostly comes down to preference

Kladruber, Breton, and Gypsy Cob will be tankier; Criollo and Roadster will be your speediest. Black Arabian I believe has a very slightly better overall rating than Roadster, but gold v money is an easy choice
