@molten flume Hunting wagon is definitely useful but don't get it until you are able to do full 100/100 sales. You can cheese the system if you have the Naturalist role. Store legendary pelts from Naturalist missions in your hunting wagon, flat pelts dont take up space so you can do things like the Night Beaver infinitely

Dog are not consumables though, they are not limited uses you can change a thousand time it shouldn't just delete your dog for no reason

i've said this story countless times
but a guy tried to shoot me and take my moon beaver pelt while i was skinning it

he killed me then i killed him twice and rode away with the pelt

i encountered him at emerald ranch so he started firing again

so i went to the fence and asked him why

he said he didn't even need the pelt

so, he did this for no reason

and would have forced me to wait 72h before finding the moon beaver again
