I find it hard to believe at that point that it's all on them. The vast majority of people playing this would have a bad connection then.

@quartz knot Theres a loop I used to run that lets you do strangers over and over and usually end with you near one of the others in the loop.
Start with Sean Macguire in the southern part of the Great Plains. You might end up near Shaky in either Tall stress or Thieves Landing. Do his, then you might end up near Sean Macguire again or James Langton near Pikes Basin/MacFarlane’s Ranch
And just continue doing whomever you end up near

You can't make someone else's dead eye weaker per se, and Slippery Bastard can't inherently be made stronger.

The Unblinking Eye was a good choice, it makes it last 6 seconds longer.
Eye For An Eye restores 20% of your dead eye bar per headshot, but you're not accurate whatsoever when using the ability card, and there's a better way to deal with dead eye management in PvP- tonics and chewing tobacco
