As for the scope length, it’s whichever zoom strength you prefer. If I remember correctly there’s a minor movement speed decrease for using larger scopes? It’s been a while since I last checked that. I’d say medium would be better since it already has good accuracy for medium range, and the extra zoom strength can be more helpful for getting those longer range headshots.

Seeing how you’re on PC, it might not be as easy, but Eye For An Eye would generally be better for dead eye management if that’s what you’re looking for, 1 single headshot restores 20% of your dead eye bar, which is about 6 seconds of duration added.
