If you plan on solo-ing 5* Legendary Bounties, or the 4/6 man bounties in freeroam, yes. There are a handful of single target legendaries that you can do without the hassle of multiple targets, and the effort required to solo the 4/6 man freeroam bounties aren’t worth whatever increase in rewards you get in my opinion.

Well to be more clear:
If you are going to solo multi-target bounties, or don’t have enough posse members with you for the multi-target, it would be necessary.

Best weapon loadout in online?

Something that covers short medium and long range.

Dual Navys, Pump Action Shotgun and Carcano Rifle is what I use for PvP

Dual LeMat, Lancaster/Evans and Pump Action is what I run for PvE.

There really isn’t a best. It’s about making use of what you have and making good judgement calls on how to engage.

Lancaster is considered the best due to its good damage, and it having the best accuracy of the Repeaters. The Bolt and the Lancaster's accuracy is almost exactly the same.

Evans is a decent alternative to the Lancaster, especially for PvE. The bloom sizes for it are slightly larger, but it has almost twice as much ammo capacity; useful in PvE since it's typically large groups of enemies you tend to face.

Yeah. The only real difference in accuracy is that the Lancaster's bloom shrinks ever so slightly faster after firing than the Bolt. It's a very small difference but it's there.

This tables really good. I orginally thought all damage cards just gave 15% extra damage. but apperntly not

Yeah that was something we all thought, a lot of youtubers said that and we all kinda believed it lol. We managed to find a crazy +60 something % increase for a revolver just from Winning Streak

I don't remember which one it was exactly, damage increasing cards are extremely inconsistent.

Anyways, so we have 120 Health, 100 comes from our circle bar and 20 comes from our core

The main range you use repeaters and rifles is around the 20-50 step range

So usually the Lancaster will be dealing 42.55 damage and the Bolt will be dealing 58.55, both using the Express Rounds bullet.

NPC's unfortunately have different health pools than players, and vary quite a bit. So I can't really say how many shots to kill it would take for NPC's since they are different for each enemy

From my experience, the Lancaster takes about 3~4 shots to kill, and the Bolt usually is about 2~3

stirrups help increase the horse's stat such as top speed and acceleration

Just want to correct a few things. There is a saddle that increases your speed (albeit an irrelevant amount, speed is practically ignorable amongst horses), the Nacogdoches. It has a built in +1 modifier to Speed/Accel. Saddles decreases your Core drain rate, and increase your stamina regen rate. Stirrups increase your speed/accel up to +2 (total of +3 with Nacogdoches) and decrease your stamina consumption rate.
