Hey guys as much as I like RDR2 Online I find it hard to make money.

When I go on the bounty board to take down bounties people come after me, trader role my main role takes so long to get pelts supplies by hunting, I been fishing and doing missions that is all.

I just want a good way of making money which dont require collector or any of the Frontier Pursuits roles please thanks.

Also I got 200 and saving.

And I stopped playing and came back and that problem of griefers being in valentine and killing people is still there. I find it hard to make money because there simply isnt a guide/grind that anyone has told anyone and because of griefers who cant mind their own business.

And since you cant go passive

Since I want to give it another chance I want to know the easiest way to make money.

@uncut obsidian They pop up randomly while you are moseying about free roam. It will pop up in the corner saying you’ve been invited to a free roam mission, and you can view the invites tab on the menu for a short period of time to enter.
Certain roles being leveled up unlocked more “special events to be invited to” and those will start popping up randomly as well.

@misty helm Horse speeds are negligible in Online. The difference between the fastest and slowest horses in the game are very minimal. To the point they can be considered irrelevant. I can DM you a video showing this off if you want so you can see.

Even at long distances the finish times are fairly close. For general gameplay it doesn’t really matter. Chasing after people and running away of course, the faster horse has the advantage I’ll admit.

I’ve raced a 10 speed horse against a 2 speed horse and their finish times were:
Long Distance

A -6% difference from the 2 to 10
Short Distance
10 Speed: 1:03.10
