@tepid hemlock I know this is late but if you’ve got a skittish bounty just start firing at the enemies farthest from it, when the bounties far away enough from the group just chase them he’ll have isolated himself from the group so it’ll be easy

Cougars have the most units I think? But if you don’t have a hunting wagon yet, you can farm deer and quail near blackwater for a lot of material quickly

As for myself I just find animals pretty much everywhere. I donate their whole carcasses as well, not the pelts, unless I dont have the space for more carcasses.

Also idk if you knew this cuz it took me forever to notice but you can stow 1 large animal carcass, 2 medium ones on the side (like turkeys, large birds, rabbits, etc), you can hold small animals like toads, squirrels, and small birds in your bag/pocket or whatever.

Plus pelts under the carcasses as long as they’re not large pelts.

So before you get your hunting wagon you can be really strategic with hunting and not have to make so many trips back to camp

If you get that mission where your supposed to escort the drunk patron to the camp you can interact with him to follow you and run a good distance away eventually when you hit a limit he'll pass out you can pick him up put him on the back of your horse and take him to camp in under 30 seconds

The long delivery if you can get a couple folks to protect you. You can get 650 for long and 500 for short. But people can kill you and steal your delivery if you do a long one.

@obsidian dome you should have the map generate a route for you but id reccomend doing anything in colter, and big valley cause those are way out of the way that way youll be on a path of constantly collecting, and leave out the timed plants cause those should be done on their own

You can actually check if shes dead or nah by aiming your gun at her. If the reticle is red, she's still alive. If it's grey, she dead.
