If you aren’t using Strange Medicine already, I’d recommend that over either of those two. Cold Blooded regens 10% of your health over 3 seconds and doesn’t stack, rapid kills only refresh the timer.
Come Back Stronger lessens the time you have to wait to start regenerating health naturally- it’s almost instant, and speeds up the regeneration rate. Which is nice, but not a proactive healing card and is beaten by Strange Medicine if you are in any way offensive.
Strange Medicine restores 20% of your health instantly when you get a headshot kill, and restores <10% on body shot damage, which outright beats Cold Blooded since you’d need at least two body shots to kill, and if you need more you’d regen more from SM body shots than a body shot kill from CB. The downside is that it halves the natural regeneration rate which can be quite noticeable if you are hurt without anyone to shoot

Open your weapon wheel, hover over what you want it to be selecting, like if you wanted quick select to go from your currently equipped weapon back to your fists, hover over fists and hit the button shown in the corner @marsh dirge

You can make it always revert back to a certain thing, like back to your fists- your sidearm(s)- throwables- etc etc but you cant remove the mechanic

Also, defensive mode limits you from initiating fights. If you are hostile it will remove defensive mode and bring you back to normal. You have to be attacked by another player first.
