reading into the patch notes, it says "certain sessions" which I can only interpret to mean that it is a work in progress, not a wide scale patch

but yes, I was reading about people finally getting full wagons despite being in a +20 player lobby

I am currently away from home and will be till mid next month, so I cannot vouch for any of this
