I like how I get xp but not honor loss for being "merciless" by pummeling my bounties and knocking them out so they won't escape
The ol' hogtie and kick in the groin, works every time
Because of a weird bug, you get the rewards and results from an alive bounty, but they also count as dead for achievements and stuff

I discovered it through accidentally knocking out my bounty through my horse tripping and falling on him, and I've started doing it because it prevents them from escaping and I discovered I was getting dead bounty awards as well
