I don't see the problem being with the system necessarily. Rockstar has always had a terrible community of players who abuse and kill each-other for no reason. Parley is a nice middle ground to say "nah- i'm in over my head" or "piss off".

Given that we don't have friendly only lobbies like Red Dead 1 or a proper passive mode, Parley is a nice middle ground.

well yes, parley system is okey. but sabotaging someone else and then just parley them after a respawn wich literally just spawns you like what, 20-30m away from where you died and go on with what you were doing..seems wrong to me. i get that you can parley if you are attacked. but beeing able to after attacking someone first seems wrong. 1 death isnt enough punishment in most cases 😛
