Just buy whatever you think looks best. The difference in speed between the highest horse and the lowest base is some 4% or so. Stamina is the only concern but even that can be mitigated.

And all horses die to headshots so health is a non issue.

arabians aren't the fastest but are close and have the best handling in the game but they do spook easily.

Most times, say if a cougar gets too close, it will try to throw you but about 70% of the time you can stay on, calm it down and keep moving. but it will soemtimes throw you off. It also runs from gunfire. I still use them because of their speed, hadnling and appearance.

Like do you need to get it all before the "season" is over or? Tried the MP train thing yesterday, seemed super unbalanced. Once you got on you had the upper hand, could just shoot anyone as they jumped on and used 4 seconds to get up. Sometimes it'd even be on a bridge or tunnel so they couldn't jump on

This guide fixed 0x20010006 for me and my wife with the R* Launcher, no idea if the others fix the issue as well.
Worth a try, i suppose ;)

Login to your router.
Find your routers port forwarding section.
Put the IP address of your computer or gaming console in the applicable box in your router (or just select your PC/console if possible)
Put the TCP and UDP ports for your game in the corresponding boxes in your router.
Intermittently you have to reboot your router for the changes to take effect.
