they can. at rank 1 if you buy the pass it gives you an extra 10% or so exp for moonshiner, and at a higher rank in the pass it gets bumped to 25% . Extra moonshiner exp means extra exp to go back into the pass to level it faster, slightly.

Couple of days ago 2 guys got in a fight with the cops in Saint Denis they retreated to the saloon just as I was leaving, I stayed to watch, they had a pile of cops at teh saloon doors, must have killed about 50 at least. Cops just kept coming haha

Something I haven't seen before is some NPC's seem to be patrolling the roads near my camp, one on a wagon stops and looks around then keeps going and another on a horse doing the same, they look like revenue agents.

16GB system ram is fine. I think your issue may be your vram for loading. That or your hard drive though only if its old / dying

I've tried matching the 1440p-ish settings teh PS Pro and XOX do. It's nice. But it really makes me feel like upgrading the 1080 already.

I meant to SLI this 1080, but the stupid mining boom hit and ruined prices.. then I was too angry and gpu companies to give them my money anytime soon.

So I don't use my phone at all when driving IRL. However I have definitely experienced a similar effect to texting and driving while playing RDO and being here in Discord. I call it Discord and Horse. It can be fatal
